As the tides of the mobile gaming industry swell, pirate-themed games continue to navigate the waters of popularity on the Android platform. In the second quarter of 2024, several titles have hoisted their colors high, with notable performances in downloads and user engagement. This article, powered by data from Sensor Tower, sails through the performance of the top five pirate games in the US.

Sea of Conquest: Pirate War by FunPlus International AG saw a fluctuating revenue trend starting at around $90K in the first week of April and dipping to approximately $77K by the end of June. Downloads began strong at 10K but gradually decreased to about 2.7K. Weekly active users also showed a downward slope, starting from 33K and closing the quarter near 30K.

Pirates of the Caribbean: ToW, developed by JOYCITY Corp., experienced a mid-quarter revenue peak at $23K, with other weeks averaging around $15K to $18K. Downloads saw a spike in late April with 6.5K new pirates joining the game, while active users showed a similar trend, peaking at 5K in the same period.

The game Lord of Seas: Survival&Conquer from Atlas Studio Co., Ltd. had its revenue sailing between $4.8K and $9.3K throughout the quarter. The game's downloads and active users saw their crest in late April, with 3.6K downloads and 3.7K active users, respectively, before facing a stark drop-off by the end of June.

BELKA GAMES' Roger That: Merge Adventure! revenue trended downwards from just over $4K to under $2K by the quarter's end. Downloads reset to zero mid-April, with a minor resurgence to 754 in late May, while active users tapered from 4.1K to 2.4K.

Lastly, Pirate Kings™️ by Playtika showed modest revenue fluctuations, maintaining around $1.5K to $2.4K. However, there were no new downloads recorded throughout the quarter, and active users were only reported once, with 21 users in early April.
